In the cleaning industry, site organisation and workforce follow-up require precise coordination. The application was designed to bring assignments, presence data and HR information together in one tool.
The client needed a solution capable of tracking work sites, identifying which workers are present on each site and linking certain information directly with social secretariats. Operational and HR data had to remain consistent and usable every day.
GVISION Studio designed a custom HR application that connects field operations, management and administration. Managers can track sites, teams and assignments, while the product architecture also supports the required data flows to selected social secretariats.
