GVISION STUDIO ↗

For this Brussels accounting firm, the goal was to bring internal operations together in one clear platform: HR data, requests, company documents, a corporate calendar and business knowledge.

Challenge

Challenge

Employee information, timesheets, leave and absences were scattered across different tools and conversations. The team also needed a company calendar, to-do lists, an internal ticketing system, easy document access and an internal knowledge base with SOPs.

GVISION Studio developed a central enterprise portal designed as a daily operational hub for staff and management. Each user finds their data, tasks, useful documents and company procedures in a structured, easy-to-maintain environment.

What we implemented

01

Employee records

Centralised timesheets, leave, absences and relevant staff information.

02

Calendar & planning

Shared company calendar for internal events, follow-up and deadlines.

03

Tasks & follow-up

To-do lists to organise actions, approvals and team priorities.

04

Internal ticketing

Management of requests, incidents and internal questions from a single space.

05

Company documents

Structured access to HR, administrative and operational documents.

06

KB / SOP wiki

Knowledge base with procedures, SOPs and useful content for onboarding and support.

Result

A more structured internal operation.

The portal provides a single view of HR information, documents and requests. It reduces fragmented communication, speeds up access to information and creates a clear foundation for internal procedures.
